Obtain from CNN Article Document suggests that all emails were obtained from Russian side of the story – meaning: form the boxes placed in Russian servers.
June in Russian is – июнь
Four emails happened on 9 June with presented here time line:
1. Email at 22. 10 from Rob,
2. Email as respond to Rob with world “perfect” at 12.39 ….(not sure am or pm – but possible)
3. Email with word “suggest” at 9.55 … (not sure)
4. Email with word “Dear” at 9.24 … (not sure)
And -> Fifth final email in which all was conformed happened on 7 July 2016 at 17.27 pm (impossible – you can’t conform something 2 days backwards – on planet Earth).
Emails have heads… So if I am sending email from Russian server from their email box in Russian language all my email heads should be in Russian.
And when I receive email for English speaking servers my heads and ads (like: this phone speak many languages) are in English.
a) First email has Russian head and English ad added to it about phone.
b) Second email has English head and Russian ad added to it.
c) Third email has Russian head and English ad added to it.
d) Forth email has English head and Russian ad added to it.
All above emails seems to be send via phone.
And fifth email has Russian head but quite different that fist one even though the same person is writing – Rob. And there is no ad so it could have been send via computer or something.
Every one has its own way of writing messages. It is sort of like hand writing. It feels like emails – maybe because of different devices used – are not written by the same hand or have the same style of writing.
It feels also like all messages are written in sort of code. They use numbers like 345 and next 4 and next 3. And titles of people are not consistent like Mr. Goldstone and Mt. Trump.
They use also interpunction (,) dividing sentences. No one in North America does that unless is from Europe. But it could mean code.
Very simply one is: you copy and past full sentences and makes some kind of message about meaning or about future which will take place but message is about completely something else.
So for example you have sentence: “I am going to go swimming tomorrow, why don’t you go with me, it is going to be a fun!”
Now you copy one sentence for example: “Why don’t you go with me…” and look in your book of coded texts to fit this sentence (like and puzzle) to the story you have in the book.
For example with “I am going to be swimming tomorrow” is associated with text: “Vlad is having party after week from now, bring Judi and Kiki so they can be with us again.“

All emails have just names removed but the last one has also some signatures and words taken away so…
It is maybe the case or not. But for sure I know that these are all agents pretending to be “regular church goers inviting parishioners for evening prayers“… I mean they know that they are watched but they have to communicate so…
If there is no conspiracy why keep all so secretive by signing NDA?
They meant business and they were doing business and it was about election… so what else do you need? It was full engagement story and it was totally encrypted, hidden and full of conspiracy!
By the way – to see what collision is check in further part of this text.
Finally – everyone is saying that Russia activities and meddling in latest USA presidential election did not do anything… So what was the point of doing it at all and spending by Russians millions of dollars – tremendous, tremendous amount…?!
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement (CA), confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement(PIA) or secrecy agreement (SA), is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties. It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects non-public business information.
NDAs are commonly signed when two companies, individuals, or other entities (such as partnerships, societies, etc.) are considering doing business and need to understand the processes used in each other’s business for the purpose of evaluating the potential business relationship. NDAs can be “mutual”, meaning both parties are restricted in their use of the materials provided, or they can restrict the use of material by a single party.
It is also possible for an employee to sign an NDA or NDA like agreement with an employer. In fact, some employment agreements will include a clause restricting employees’ use and dissemination of company-owned confidential information.

‘Stop using “collusion” as a short-hand for criminality’
Paul Rosenzweig is former deputy assistant secretary for policy at the Department of Homeland Security and founder of Red Branch Consulting.
Collusion is not a federal crime (except in the unique case of antitrust law), so we should all just stop using “collusion” as a short-hand for criminality. But that doesn’t mean that the alleged cooperation between the Trump campaign and Russia is of no criminal interest. To the contrary, if true, it may have violated any number of criminal prohibitions.

For example, if Donald Trump Jr. sought “dirt” on Hillary Clinton from the Russians, he might be charged with conspiring to violate the election laws of the United States, which prohibit foreign nationals from contributing any “thing of value” to an electoral campaign. The opposition dirt is at least plausibly a thing of value. And to the extent that the Trump campaign aided, abetted or advised the Russians (or any other hackers) about what would be most useful to steal from the Democrats or how best to enhance the impact of their release, they may well have violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Of course, none of this excuses the apparent cover-up, which is often as bad as the original crime. Lying to the federal government in your registration forms or your security application is a false statement. Using the wires to perpetrate your crime is often wire fraud. In short, let’s stop talking about “collusion” and instead talk about real crimes that may, or may not, be proven—violations of election law, computer hacking, false statements and wire fraud.
Collusion ‘doesn’t accurately describe either the criminal and counterintelligence aspects of what we know’
Asha Rangappa is an associate dean at Yale Law School and a former special agent in the Counterintelligence Division of the FBI.
The word “collusion” has been a terrible one to use in the Trump-Russia saga, since it doesn’t accurately describe either the criminal or counterintelligence aspects of what we know. On the criminal side, the word that would best describe an agreement between the Trump campaign and Russia to commit any number of crimes (say, election fraud) would be “conspiracy”—something that the recent release of Donald Trump Jr.’s email chain might support.
(CNN)An attorney for the Russian billionaire who allegedly pushed for the June 2016 meeting between senior members of Trump’s team and a Russian lawyer says he has documents showing the meeting wasn’t really about dirt on Hillary Clinton.
An email exchange and talking points provided to CNN are the latest indication of how some of the meeting participants plan to make their case about why the meeting with Donald Trump Jr. did not amount to collusion between Russian officials and the Trump campaign.
The new information stands in contrast with the initial email pitching the meeting to Trump Jr., which promised damaging information on Clinton.

The White House is in disarray following revelations that President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., supported an effort by the Russian authorities to share information incriminating Hillary Clinton in an attempt to help Trump win the election.
President Trump on Wednesday said he never would have nominated Jeff Sessions to be attorney general had he known Sessions was going to recuse himself from a Justice Department investigation into alleged ties between Russia and Trump associates.
One Russia expert says the smoking gun indicating a quid pro quo between Russian money and Trump may lie with a little-known case that was abruptly settled involving a holding company linked to the Russian elite.
Prevezon’s lawyer is Natalia Veselnitskaya—the same Russian woman who initiated the now-infamous meeting with Donald Trump Jr. last June. We speak with author and Russia expert Seva Gunitsky, associate professor of political science at the University of Toronto.
Washington’s attempts to interfere in politics in South America, including in Venezuela, are “extremely dangerous” and “may lead to civil war,” former Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff has told RT. She added that the US has already made mistakes in the Middle East, which only led to the strengthening of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL).
“Our continent has been living in peace for 140 years. Any attempt to interfere in the legitimate constitutional process in Venezuela, including by forcing a presidential election, is extremely dangerous, as it might lead to a civil war,” the Brazilian politician said in an interview with RT in Moscow.
CNN)Wildfires roared across California on Monday, forcing evacuations and destroying homes and businesses in their paths. The biggest fires burned in the wine country of Napa and Sonoma counties.
Here’s what we know so far, according to California authorities.
• Ten people have died — seven in Sonoma County, one in Mendocino County and two in Napa County.
• More than 100 people were being treated at Napa- and Sonoma-area hospitals for fire-related injuries or health issues including burns, smoke inhalation and shortness of breath.
• An estimated 1,500 structures have been destroyed and 57,000 acres burned in eight counties.
• A wildfire in Anaheim, in Southern California, has spread to 4,000-5,000 acres and burned at least six buildings.
The Trump administration has put another nail in the coffin of former President Barack Obama’s climate change legacy by withdrawing from the 2015 Clean Power Plan intended to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
“Regulatory power should not be used by any regulatory body to pick winners and losers,” said the head of the Environmental Protection Agency Scott Pruitt Monday, announcing he will sign a new rule rescinding the Obama-era plan. The Clean Power Plan was designed to prompt a shift away from coal-fired power and toward cleaner energy sources, like natural gas, wind and solar.
“The war on coal is over,” Pruitt declared in Hazard, Kentucky, echoing President Donald Trump’s campaign promise to support the American coal industry.
While the coal miners celebrated the news, the administration’s critics blasted the decision.
“By saving an estimated 240 million tons of annual coal production, the administrator’s action helps to safeguard more than 27,000 mining jobs and almost 100,000 additional jobs throughout the supply chain,” Hal Quinn, CEO of the National Mining Association, said in a statement.

Harvey Weinstein has been fired from the film company he co-founded, days after a New York Times investigation detailed numerous incidents of alleged sexual harassment by the media mogul. CNN’s Ana Cabrera and Brian Stelter discuss.
As Democrats denounce Weinstein, Clintons and Obama stay mum
Washington (CNN)Many Democratic office holders were quick to repudiate disgraced Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein following a bombshell report detailing decades of alleged sexual harassment.
But former Democratic Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, as well as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — all of whom have longstanding ties to Weinstein, a major Democratic Party fundraiser — have not publicly addressed the accusations.
Representatives for the Clintons have not responded to comment for this story, and Obama’s office declined to comment.
The recent report in The New York Times cataloged accusations of sexual harassment against the filmmaker that spanned three decades. Three days after the report, Weinstein was fired by the company he co-founded.
Longtime Hillary Clinton aides have been confused by the former secretary of state’s silence on the issue, questioning — in private — why she has not weighed in at all.
Weinstein has long been a Clinton donor with ties to the political family. Weinstein was one of many from Hollywood who donated to Bill Clinton’s legal defense fund in the 1990s, a Washington Post report from the time stated. More recently, the Clintons rented a home next to Weinstein in the Hamptons in 2015, and Weinstein served as a connector between Hollywood stars and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign.
A senior citizen who faces $100 in fines for having free books on his Toronto property is the result of “bureaucratic bullcrap,” according to his daughter – and lots of angry people on Facebook agree.
Jennifer Sherwood Hicks took to the social network yesterday after her father, who lives near Yonge and Eglinton, received a letter from the City of Toronto.
The letter, according to Hicks, was sent to notify her dad that the little free library in his front lawn “contravenes city by-laws,” and stated that he must remove the wooden box and its contents within 14 days – or be fined.
“ARE YOU KIDDING ME, TORONTO??? IS THIS HOW YOU’RE SPENDING MY TAX DOLLARS…BY HARASSING SENIOR CITIZENS WHO ARE TRYING TO SPREAD A LITTLE LITERARY LOVE AROUND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD???” she wrote on Facebook Wednesday. “Excuse the caps, but I am absolutely steamed.”
People from all over the city are similarly incensed over this particular situation, and by what they perceive as an attack on the Little Free Library movement – a literacy initiative that’s resulted in the free exchange of millions of books between community members around the world each year.
